The Bluffton Low Country is comprised

25 to 40 Feet above mean sea level.

weather . Much to our advantage, the local climate is considered to be
semi-tropical. The mid-winter temperature will customarily range from about the
60ºs during the day to the lower 40ºs at night. The spring and fall
seasons are an absolute delight with mild day and evening temperatures.
